Skinpure Organic Terms & Conditions of Trading
1. Credit or debit card - We use Barclays ePDQ Secure Web Payments and Paypal. Both full industry standard secure 128 bit encrypted payment gateways. If paying by credit or debit card, please advise us of the billing address your provider holds on file. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. We cannot be liable for any unauthorised transactions nor can we be held liable for any denied payments which are a result of the information provided by you.
2. Cheque - Please allow 3 working days for cheques to clear.
3. BACS - Please allow 3 working days for payment to reach our account.
The prices shown on the Site are all in pounds sterling (£), are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are exclusive of delivery charges.
Postage and Packing

We will endeavour to post orders placed before 1pm the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day.
When you order online you will be helped through the process by simple instructions on the Site. You may review your order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the online order process.
When you have placed your order we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card.
ONLY ONE DISCOUNT CODE CAN BE USED AT ANY ONE TIME.
To take advantage of an offer, you MUST enter the code at checkout or quote it when ordering by telephone.
Cancellation, Non-delivery, Returns and Exchanges
After placing your order, you may cancel it at any time, up to 7 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Please return the Goods, unused and in their original packaging within 7 working days from receipt of the Goods to 29 The Beeches, Porthill, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 8RX for a refund or an exchange. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used product.
We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery' and the original proof of posting is kept. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for Goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.
Once we receive the Goods in their original condition, any payments made by you for your purchase will be refunded in full within 30 working days or, where applicable, replacement Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible with no further costs for you.
You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of Goods. The Goods should be promptly sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage.
The trade marks and logos ('intellectual property') displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Skinpure Organic, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.
